Exciting changes coming to the Clinton and New Holland locations!
Over the past several months AHW and John Deere have worked together on another important piece to upgrade our customer service support – that is the expansion of locations and the capability within those facilities. After much consideration, it became clear the best direction for the future is to consolidate and serve the area from two locations instead of three.
Today we are excited to announce our plans for this transition. After the 2021 harvest is concluded, we will move operations from the Mount Pulaski location into upgraded facilities at Clinton and New Holland. Two artist’s conceptions are shown on what the facilities will look like after construction is completed.
Our investment in these two upgraded facilities will provide more service and parts department capacity than our current three facilities combined. In addition, we will be adding service trucks with cranes to our feet to increase field service capacity in the area. The overall objective is to provide a better customer experience from two world class facilities compared to 3 below average facilities.
Highlights of the improvements include:
Shop expansions to accommodate efficient service work for current and future models used in large scale farm operations around the region
Dedicated shop space and staff in Clinton focused on commercial application equipment sales, service and support
Enlarged parts departments to accommodate larger inventories
Larger showrooms to accommodate more product displays
Offices for complete goods salespeople, precision ag specialists, parts and service managers and administrative staff
