What an exciting day here at AHW as we officially welcomed 13 talented students into the John Deere Tech Program at Lake Land College! 

These future ag technicians are kicking off their careers with an incredible opportunity — full tuition coverage, a tool allowance, and the unwavering support of our team. We’re thrilled to invest in their growth and success as they train to become the next generation of experts in ag technology.

From precision ag to equipment diagnostics, they’re getting hands-on with the tools, tech, and training that drive today’s farming forward.

We couldn’t be more proud to have such a dedicated, hardworking group joining the AHW team. The future of ag is bright — and these students are proof of that!
