The new C-Series Air Carts come with a host of enhancements, including an all-new metering system with AccuRate™ Meters, a frame-up design replacing the 1910 Air Carts, and the introduction of tank scales and ActiveCal™ across the lineup.
Accurate Seeding with AccuRate™ Meters
The C-Series Air Carts feature the new AccuRate™ Meters, which improve accuracy and confidence during seeding. These stainless steel corrosion-resistant meters are individually electrically controlled on each primary, allowing for more accurate metering. This enables curve compensation, high-fidelity prescriptions, and SectionCommand™ Pro, enhancing precision and efficiency in seeding operations.
Faster Calibration and Reduced Maintenance Costs
With the EZCal™ System, calibrating the C-Series Air Carts is faster and easier than ever before. The system offers 45% faster calibration than leading competitors, as demonstrated in internal testing. The automated scale eliminates potential user errors, and the push-button calibration process ensures accurate seeding every time.
Improved Efficiency and Confidence
The new C-Series Air Carts offer tank scales on all cart sizes, allowing farmers to know the exact amount of product in each tank at all times. The G5e Cart Side Display provides real-time tank weights when filling products, enhancing efficiency and reducing guesswork. Additionally, the ActiveCal™ feature enables calibration from the cab, further simplifying the process and improving seeding confidence.
Enhanced Model Numbering for Easy Identification
To make it easier for customers to identify the cart size and configuration, John Deere has updated the model numbers of the C-Series Air Carts. The model number now includes the bushel size and an "L" or "T" to indicate if the cart is in the leading or trailing configuration of the seeding train. This update provides customers with clear information to choose the right cart for their farm's needs.
Multiple Cart Sizes and Configurations
The C-Series Air Cart lineup is available in multiple sizes, ranging from 350 bushels to 850 bushels. All carts are available in leading or trailing configuration, except for the C850T, providing farmers with a range of options to suit their specific requirements.
