The John Deere Career Skills / DoD SkillBridge Program (CSP) is designed specifically for military personnel to begin their post-service career.
The John Deere Career Skills / DoD SkillBridge Program provides a hands-on internship opportunity with AHW with self-paced web-based training and instructor-led training at the John Deere Training Center in Moline, IL. Upon the completion of the program, students will earn a Certificate from John Deere University.

Program Eligibility:
Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, Air National Guard, National Guard, Reserves, and Veterans
• Active duty transitioning
• Secure command authorization to participate
• Honorable or general discharge
• Designated Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) or pass entrance exam
• Obtain command approval if Active Duty
• Pass background check and drug screen
